  original order delivery fees and charges (if applicable)،
• If the price paid is less than the actual price of the item, we will fulfill the order, or
• If the price paid in the order for a particular item is higher than the item price, we will
  refund the difference in the item price to you،    

2. If your order is not processed, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will process
the order (or any part of it) as soon as you confirm your satisfaction with purchasing the item
at the correct price or otherwise cancel the order (or any part of it) and refund the money.

Payment

At the moment we will apply the cash on delivery policy
We are constantly striving for you to have an enjoyable shopping experience with BRANDS
HOUSE . We are currently offering delivery within 12 hours on orders delivered within
Baghdad . Moreover, we are currently only able to process orders that include delivery
addresses within Iraq
As for applications registered outside working hours (11 AM-11 pm) and / or during any public
holidays, they are considered to be submitted on the first working day after the application is
submitted. Delivery schedules are estimates and delays may inevitably occur.
Time is not considered as an essential factor. The delivery of the order may face delays
during promotional periods, sales seasons and public holidays. We will not be liable for
failure to deliver for reasons reasonably beyond our control, including when you are not
available to pick up your order, or if you request a postponement of delivery. It is your
responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive the application. Our couriers may
make up to 4 phone calls to set a delivery time period with you and will make up to 3
attempts to deliver to you before canceling your order.

Scheduled time periods

You can schedule your delivery by choosing the most convenient time period for you at the
time of payment. Scheduled time periods are subject to availability. We will strive to deliver
the order within the specified time period, but we do not provide any guarantees.

Exchanges

• Items can be exchanged by arranging receipt from your delivery address with the
  following conditions applied:
• The replacement order is prepared within a period not exceeding one week only
• You can replace an item several times.
• Exchanges are considered to be equipped only for eligible items at the same price, or
  higher, and must be returnable.
• Accessories and underwear are non-refundable  

Damaged goods and wrong items

If one of the items in your order is received in a damaged condition or it is not the item you
ordered, then you can arrange for the item to be returned to us according to our return
process. The product must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was received,
within 7 days of delivery of the order to you. Taking into account that the item was actually
damaged, we will issue a full refund to you, and we may replace the defective item according
to your request and offer you a new item free of charge without any delivery fees.

Recovery procedure

All items returned to us are previewed. If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned
item, we will process the return and the amount will be refunded to you.
